Vessels Integrated with the office
The advent of modern information technology and the decrease in telecommunication costs made at last the dream come true. The vessels are integrated with the office so that all information related to the vessel is transparently transferred on-board and all information from the vessel is relayed ashore. Whenever people on board want to know the activities of the shore organization it is already there. So no more wasted telephone calls or even worse, disturbance of the office personnel for the trivial or the already accomplished.

All Departments supported
All the functions on board are supported by the appropriate application. Planned Maintenance covers all planned, condition based or emergency jobs. Scheduling, information from/to the office are included. Survey follow-up is integrated with the office. Monitoring and Measurements cover all vessel-reporting requirements if the proper interfaces exist. Otherwise ship personnel can key-in the measurements on predefined forms and the data is transmitted ashore, whilst history is maintained. Supply process is made simple, with the spares/ Stores/Provisions modules. Each one tailored to the specific vessel department and function. Requisitions and Orders are processed in a seamless way so that transcription is totally eliminated, at all levels.

Crewing/MGA is used to keep track of all crew information, certificates, competency and expiration dates. On the other hand, financial management is accurately performed by the onboard calculation of pay-slips, whilst the office is continuously updated on overtimes and receivables on board.

ISM Implementation is made easy by ensuring automatic version control of all documents the transfer to the office of all accident / incident reporting and the information on drills/training performed on board. Operations are followed by the daily position messages and logging of the Port events. In this respect the office is continuously updated on the status on board.
