Former Harbour Pilot and Harbour Master of the Port of Yangon. Former Senior Lecturer and Principal of the Institute of Maritime Technology, Yangon. Former Principal Lecturer and Head (now known as Director) of the Departments of Nautical Studies and Maritime Technology & Transportation, Singapore Polytechnic (now known as the Singapore Maritime Academy - SMA). Mr Sin Lye Kuen
  Mr Sin Lye Kuen is a partner of Coudert Brothers LLP, an international law firm specialising in corporate and commercial law. He heads the dispute resolution practice of the Singapore office of Coudert Brothers LLP. He is qualified to practise in Singapore, England and Wales. He was admitted to practise in Singapore in 1988 and has had extensive experience in shipping litigation and international arbitration. He is a member of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Fellow of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects (F.R.I.N.A.) and the Institute of Marine Engineers (F.I.Mar E.). Currently, Managing Director of a Singapore-based marine consultancy firm. An Arbitrator with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and a licensed Appraiser.
   
Capt Lee Fook Choon  
  Master Mariner (Foreign-Going) holding master degree in maritime law and a qualified Chartered Arbitrator with the UK Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. A panel arbitrator with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, Regional Arbitration Centre (KL), India Institute of Arbitrators and the China Maritime Arbitration Commission. A marine surveyor/loss adjuster for the past 21 years with the last 10 years actively involved in maritime arbitration and transnational mediation efforts. Presently, head of Integral Marine Consultants (IMC) and consultant to IMC's associate offices in Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar and China. He is also the Technical Director of Toplis Harding, Hong Kong. His core competence and primary interests are in the legal aspects and practical applications of marine and cargo insurance, contracts of affreightment, admiralty practices and international law of the sea.

Capt Ang Chin Eng  
  Master Mariner (Foreign-Going) New Zealand. MBA from University of Queensland. Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Nautical Science (UK). A CPA with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and CPA Australia. Member of the Chartered Institute of Transport (MCIT). A ship master by profession with over 30 years of experience in the maritime sector, with last fifteen years specialising in accounting particularly pertaining to the shipping industry. Consultancy involving development and production of complete set of training material for a shipping company in Asia. Currently, Senior Lecturer with the Singapore Maritime Academy (SMA) and Immediate-Past President of Singapore Nautical Institute (SNI)

Mr Soo Fook Seng
  1st Class Marine Engineer, Bachelor Degree in Transport and Logistics Management, Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management, Diploma in Marketing from the Institute of Marketing, UK., Diploma in Marine Engineering with Merit. Member of the Chartered Institute of Transport, Society of Naval Architects & Marine Engineers and the Institute of Marine Engineers, Singapore. A licensed Ship Appraiser and a qualified sea-going Marine Engineer. Held various senior managerial positions in the Neptune Orient Lines (NOL) Group of Companies, Singapore, in fleet management, ship operations and shipping businesses. Vice President of J & N Cruise Pte Ltd (cruises & hospitality businesses), General Manager of Orient Marine Pte Ltd (marine supplies & trading), Head of the NOL-Philippines Maritime Institute in Manila. Presently, Senior Lecturer in the Singapore Maritime Academy, Singapore.
