We offer the following services:
- Explanation of the ISM Code.
- Advice in preparing for ISM certification including:
- advice in preparing a policy manual
- advice in preparing procedure manuals for the office, contingency manual for the ship and the office, shipboard procedures.
- Gap analysis - Our consultant will visit your office. He will compare the policies, procedures and work instructions that you have against what you should have and tell you what else should be done.
- Consultancy in preparing for ISM certification. Our consultant will visit your office and work with your personnel to produce the policies,procedures,work instructions and checklists needed for ISM certification.
- Training of your personnel in understanding the system.
- Internal audit training, providing there are at least eight participants to make the course viable.
