| Price |
Prices quoted in US Dollars exclude installation and commissioning as applicable, which can be arranged separately. All such prices are subject to alteration or withdrawal without notice. Prices are quoted excluding any duties or taxes charged at the prevailing rate. All prices subject to confirmation at time of ordering. |

| Cancellation |
Once an order is accepted, it cannot be cancelled except with our written agreement. In this case, we reserve the right to raise a cancellation charge, amounting to 20% of the equipment price. For returned goods, a restocking fee shall apply. |
| Title of Goods |
Title of goods will pass to customer only upon full and final settlement. |
| Payment |
Payment must be made in advance before the goods can be delivered. For local customers, Cash On Delivery (COD) can also be arranged.
Customer in Singapore:
Cheque or Cashier's Order
When sent through the mail, it MUST be crossed and made payable to 'Maritime Communications Services Private Limited'. For exemption from GST payment, customer must imprint their 'Ship Stamp' on the Delivery Order. If 'Ship Stamp' is not imprinted upon delivery of equipment, action will be taken to recover the GST amount.
Customer outside Singapore:
Telegraphic Transfer
Please pay the exact amount (MUST be free of bank charges, i.e. all bank charges including that of the intermediary bank) in USD. Any shortfall in payment must be made good within a week.

| Warranty |
12 months against manufacturing defects (excluding battery pack, antenna cables) from the date of delivery. Replacement will be made for faulty equipment within 1 week upon delivery, after which the normal warranty terms shall apply. This warranty specifically excludes damage or misuse. |
| Validity of Contract |
Unless previously withdrawn, all quotations are open for acceptance within 30 days only from the date thereof, and are subject to confirmation at the time of the order. |
| Descriptive Matter |
All descriptive specifications, drawings and particulars of weights and dimensions issued by us are approximate only and intended only to present a general idea of the goods to which they refer and none of these shall form part of the contract. |
| Special Material |
Orders for goods which are built to special requirements are only accepted on the condition that cancellation or return cannot be accepted. |
| Legal Interpretation |
This contract shall in all respects be constructed and construed to operate as a Singapore contract and in conformity with Singapore Law. |
