| All payments are to be made in advance upon submitting the Radio Survey Request. |

Cancellation Fee
Customer to pay MCS 50% of Standard Labour Rates if the appointment is cancelled within 12 hours of appointed time.

Interest on Late Payments
Customer to pay within 30 days from date of bill from MCS, failing which penalty of 12% p.a. will be imposed.

Payment Instructions
Customer in Singapore:
Cheque or Cashier's Order
When sent through the mail, it MUST be crossed and made payable to 'Maritime Communications Services Private Limited'. Customer outside Singapore:
Payment is to be done via Telegraphic Transfer. Please make payment for the exact amount (MUST be free of bank charges) in USD. Note that the EXACT (NET) amount must be received by MCS (ie. all the bank charges are to be borne by the customer including that of the intermediary bank). Any shortfall in payment must be made good within a week in order for us to process your survey request.
