Customers are to abide by the general terms and conditions of service of Advanced Global Communications Ltd (AGCL) as elaborated below.

Airtime charges depend on duration and time of call, the Land Earth Station(LES) used, etc., which is similar to that charged to customers for using services such as Inmarsat-C, etc. See the published rates in our website at www.maritimecomms.com for more details of the airtime charges.

Billing will be done directly by AGCL, New Zealand for the AdvancedTrackTM services. Maritime Communications Services Pte Ltd (MCS) will bill these same customers for the airtime charges when invoices (for airtime) are received from the LESs - a practice similar to that for Accounting Authorities or other billing entities for the Inmarsat platform.

Deposit - No deposit is required for the AdvancedTrackTM services.
|
|
Account Settlement - Customers are to pay the account in full on or before the due date. Customers are to accept responsibility for the service charges including monthly service fees, position reports and polling, and will have to pay all charges incurred within 30 days from the date of billing/Invoicing. In default of such prompt payment, a late payment penalty of 5% per month on any amount outstanding will be imposed. Customers are to indemnify AGCL arid pay all costs and expenses on a solicitor/client basis if legal action is necessary in recovering any overdue amount.

Service Termination - AGCL has to be informed 30 days prior to termination of any service.
|
|
Authorisation - As legal owner/operator of the identified mobile(s), customers agree that AGCL will configure the mobile(s) and obtain position reports for the customers as part of the AdvancedTrackTM Service.
